Spring Stagings

SPRING IS OFFICIALLY HERE!!!  Everyone wants their house listed by April 1st, so that means I’m super busy now getting everything ready.  In the last 5 days, I’ve started 9 new listings that will be ready to go on the market and new ones keep coming every day.  The good news is that the houses that have been listed are selling faster than they did this time last year.

Now that the snow is gone, we also have to consider the exterior yards. Unfortunately everything is still dormant and ugly but start any yard clean up as soon as you can to enhance the MLS photos.  Even sweeping all the salt and dirt from driveways and front steps help.  A new welcome mat is a great way to help with curb appeal.
