Battery Powered LED Tapered Candles You Won’t Want To Hide

Wednesday’s wicked deal is all about battery tapered candles.

I ALWAYS love to have candles burning, however, sometimes I worry about a tapered candle blowing over outside in the wind. I also don’t like it when the wax drips onto my good linens or wood tables.

For many years tapered candles went out of style. All you could buy were the big chunky pillar candle holders and candles. Lately, they seem to be making a huge come back. Especially the battery operated ones. I wanted to give them a try since I thought they would be perfect for an upcoming wedding but I wasn’t sure how realistic they would look.

Check out the video and decide for yourself.

These Are The Candles In My Video

The photo and link of the candles below are the ones that I bought and are demonstrated in the video.

Flameless Candles-Window Candles- LED Candles Battery Operated ,with 10-Key Remote and Cycling 24 Hours Timer. Set of 10.for Seasonal and Festival Celebration : Amazon.ca: Tools & Home Improvement

Different Options:

Notice how the wicks in the photo below doesn’t have a black wick? The ‘flame’ goes right to the candle. These ‘flames’ move more like a realistic candle but there is no wick. Again, it’s a personal preference.

The candles right below are nice since the candle sticks look like they been melted a bit.

On Amazon you can find battery tapered candles that are ivory, pure white, different heights, and different textures. Most of them have remotes, times, and brightness levels. They also come in different amounts as well. I chose mine because it was one of the few that had 10 candles in a package. Personally I think these are all great alternatives to wax candles for certain circumstances.

I Would Love Your Feedback

Let me know if you would use these types of candles or do you prefer the wax candles. Or better yet, let me know the brand that you really use and like.

  1. My gut says no thanks… part of the joy of a candle is the smell and the sound. I love seeing it slowly get shorter. Often the sign of hours gone by in great company. That being said I swore I’d never get a gas fireplace but now I’m in love with mine. I’ll have to try them!
