    Hi Heather! Can you please confirm how low I should hang the artwork over the table and the couch? (Notice how I didn’t say how high?!!!) Also do you have any tips on how to fill the holes left behind? We can’t paint just yet. Thanks!

    Typically artwork should be hung 8-12 inches above the sofa.  The measurement is from the top of the sofa to the bottom of the artwork. It can very since there are so many different backs of sofas too.  Since you will have different heights with your art, maybe do 8″ for the middle picture and then place the side ones the way you did in the kitchen. Your proportions were great. Space them closer together.  I usually like about 3-4 inches with art this size.  It’s a personal preference.  I wish I had tips about the holes.  If they are not too big, I think it’s better to have little holes and at least have the art at the right height and position than try to hang art in the wrong spot to cover it up.  I suggest leaning the art against the wall first and send me a photo before you make any other holes in this room or in the kitchen. 🙂
