When you’re trying to sell your house that looks like all the other town homes in the area you have to find a way to make your house stand out. As soon as I walked into this home I loved the wallpaper but the homeowner was completely expecting me to remove it. I could see the full potential. The homeowners had done a great job matching the soft gray from the wallpaper background. This had the ‘wow’ factor. Know who your buyers are so you can appeal to them. This is only a two bedroom house so chances are it’s not for a family. The formal feel to the house is ideal for a single person or a young/retired couple.
