In today's market, houses are selling very quickly and there isn’t always enough time or need for a full staging. This new "Quick Staging" service is a perfect option for a house that already looks great and has all the necessary items but just needs a little tweaking.
When there's no time for painting or shopping, have a trained, objective set of eyes critique a home to make sure it looks it’s best for the MLS photos.
You will be amazed at what can be accomplished just by rearranging furniture and editing existing accessories.

The homeowner or the Realtor has to be present to answer questions and take notes

Room-by-Room Walk Through
Styled & Staged will do a walk through of each room and advise on necessary changes

Homeowners Accessories
We will work with the homeowner’s accessories, artwork, linens and furniture etc.

Remove The Stress
Relax knowing homeowners are making the right choices and you have a great product to sell.

Small Furniture Placement
We will rearrange as much small furniture or rehang pictures as time permits within the 2-hour consultation

Decluttering for Staging
If time permits, we will move smaller to a staging area for the homeowners to remove/pack later
