It’s amazing how just some paint can completely transform a room.
Most people feel the best way to add colour to a room is to paint the walls in bold colours. That is fine when you’re decorating for your own personal taste but for resale, it’s much better to paint in neutral colours and add your colours through artwork and accessories. Once this downstairs family room was painted in one colour the room instantly felt taller and larger. Adding a few props was all the space needed. We also switched TV stands from another room since this room has more importance in the sale of the house so we wanted the best furniture possible in it. Now, the possibilities are endless for potential buyers.
