I have staged 6 houses in the last few months with full in-law suites. Is this a coincidence or is this a trend? Are we moving back to living with extended family? Is it too expensive for elders to pay for ‘retirement’ living fees? Are Grandparents being live-in baby sitters since the younger generation is working such long hours? Are generations living together to help out in times of financial pressures, divorce or illness? I am not sure, I just know that these houses all SOLD. Goodnight John Boy!
