When I saw this red lantern in the Sporting Life window display I was immediately transformed back to my childhood with memories of sitting around the campfire singing songs in the summer months and being at my friend’s cottage in the winter months. Back in the 70’s my parents bought a red one since it matched our red Volkswagen camper 🙂 There is something very nostalgic and ‘All Canadian’ about these lanterns. Nice to see them back in style!
