Home Staging is Not the Same as Decorating
These Before and After pictures are just some examples of how we used as much of the homeowner’s furniture and accessories as possible. Sometimes paint was necessary, removing/rearranging furniture, adding drapes, and bringing in pops of colour. Artwork, lamps, greenery and accessories were rented for a ‘Styled’ look.
New bed linens, towels and table clothes always give rooms a fresh boost. If the furniture looks worn out and the homeowner wants to buy new furniture for their next home I suggest they buy it now and make this house look better for the showings.
We want to show rooms for what they were intended for. Every square inch is worth money when it comes to the value of real estate.
